Lessons
In the mornings there are 3 hours of fun and active lessons. We focus on listening, speaking and pronunciation, building on language structures used in everyday situations.
After lunch, students choose one activity for the week from:
'Drama' – Spanish and British students prepare a play in English which is staged at the end of the course.
'Computer Kids' – Spanish and British students work to produce the weekly RCE newsletter and/or Blog in the computer lab.
'Let's Talk' – here we do teacher-led debates and language games in monolingual groups.
Teachers
Our teachers are enthusiastic and experienced and are qualified to teach English as a Foreign Language. We use a variety of course books and our own prepared materials. Lessons are varied and stimulating with plenty of one-on-one, pair and group work.
Levels
We have classes from beginners to advanced, with a maximum of 14 students per class. Students are assessed at the beginning and at the end of the course with progress monitored regularly. Students take home a written report and attendance certificate.
